Downstairs there is a large open plan living dining and kitchen area .

Fully opening bi-fold doors lead from this area onto an outside terrace making the space much larger. Summer dining is mainly outside using the kitchen facilities or the BBQ on a lower terrace. There is also a shady relaxing area under the arches.

The central island is ideal as a breakfast bar, a leaning post when friends visit, or a serving area for the inevitable party.

The kitchen comes complete with large upright fridge freeze, the large dual fuel cooker has 5 gas hobs and electric oven, a microwave is built into the central bar unit, and there is plenty of storage space.

The bedroom downstairs works really well which means the second floor can be closed off saving cleaning and constant attention when guests are not present. A king size Thai bed sets the room off, there is ample storage in the built in wardrobes. As with most rooms in the villa the views extend over both the sea and mountains.

This room was used as an office nicknamed the zoom room but it could easily be used as a further bedroom accommodating a single or bunk beds.

There is good sized utility room complete with high capacity washing machine and separate drier and many storage cupboards.

There is also a pool changing room accessed from the pool terrace and adjacent to the outside shower which also has body jets

Upstairs can be used as a self contained apartment with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms a small kitchenette and living area. Access is via an outdoor staircase and entrance porch.

All of this opens onto a balcony by large sliding doors making a good indoor outdoor living space with fantastic views.
