It is close to many popular spots, Sivota (10min), Sivros (10min), Nydri (15min), Mikros Gialos (15 min), Vassiliki (15min), Lefkas town (30min). It is an ideal spot for those holidaying in the area, it is also a good spot for if you want to explore by bike or on foot.

Stone construction would add around € 10,000. An allowance of €30,000 for landscaping should also be made.
